New Zealand: FREE (allow 2-6 working days)
Australia: $35NZD flat rate (allow 3-7 working days)
Worldwide: $55NZD flat rate (allow 5-12 working days)
*All international deliveries are handled by NZ Post. Any duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in Shipping Price.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that online shopping can make it difficult to get your perfect size and fit so please make sure you reference our sizing chart before placing your order.
If you aren’t over the moon with your recent purchase, we do offer an exchange or refund service to all our customers. Please email email@example.com within 10 working days from the purchase of the garments. You may then return the garment and we will either replace with another size or style (of the same or lesser value) or issue a refund. Please note that after 10 working days, all sales are final.
All returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags still in place, please package the garment securely in a courier bag, enclose your original invoice and send it back to us. The goods are your responsibility until they have arrived back with us. We will process your refund or exchange as soon as the garment is received.
Worn or soiled goods will not be accepted, so please ensure care is taken when trying on the garments.
Sale items will not be refunded unless they are faulty.
- We cannot process your return until the goods are received at our depot.
- We reserve the right to deny a return, if the goods returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
- We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
- We are unable to refund sale items.
- Please note that the shipping charges or any related expenses (custom fees, etc.) cannot be refunded.
- The cost of delivery for returns and refunds is not refundable.
- A further delivery charge will be required for re-sending the exchange.
We hope your delivery arrives to you in perfect condition, but on the off chance that there is a fault with a garment ordered from Bloom Clothing – Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 working days from the purchase of the garments.
You may then return the garment for a replacement. In the event that the same garment/sizing is not available, a refund of the full purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) will be offered or a replacement garment to the same or lesser value.
Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags still in place. Any worn or soiled goods will not be accepted.
